Processing of Orders

All orders are processed within a time frame of 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This processing begins once we receive your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification to let you know that your order has been shipped.

At Montro Home we strive to make shopping as easy and affordable as possible. That is why we use standard shipping rates that are favorable to our customers. In most cases our shipping is free, unless otherwise stated.

●      5-10 Business Days: International Shipping with Free Shipping for Standard Products.

●      5-10 Working Days: Shipping to Spain / Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for standard products.

●      7-12 Business Days: International Shipping with Free Shipping on Large Products.

●      7-12 Working Days: Shipping to Spain / Netherlands / Belgium with free shipping for large products.

Return Policy

At Montro Home we understand that sometimes a product does not meet your expectations. That is why we have created a returns policy to help you in such situations. Here are the details of our returns policy:

Return period

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refund

In case of a return, we will refund the full order amount, except for the return shipping costs. Please note that there are some items that we cannot accept for return due to hygiene rules, but we will clearly indicate this with the product in question.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you contact us immediately at Info@montrohome.com . Please make sure to include your order number and attach a photo of the condition of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and strive for a satisfactory resolution.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days, whichever is usually sooner.

●      We emphasize the importance of carefully checking and entering the correct shipping address. Montro Home is not liable for the non-receipt of your order due to address errors provided by you. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resubmit your order.
